**About Our Speaker:
Dr. Richard Bargas served as Pastor-Teacher at Grace Baptist of Wilmington, CA from October, 2001 until August 2018 and is a graduate of Biola University (B.A.) and The Master’s Seminary (M.Div.; D.Min.). Pastor Bargas served as a Faculty Associate at The Master’s Seminary, teaching from 2006 to 2018, where he taught M.Div., Distance Learning and Doctor of Ministry students. He served on the Board of Directors for IFCA International from 2016 to 2018 and has been a member of the IFCA since 1998. He began as Executive Director Designate in Sept. 2018 and will be installed as Execu-tive Director at the National Convention in Springfield, MO in June 2019. Dr. Bargas and his wife Wendy have been married for 29 years and have four daughters, with two in high school and two in college.
